Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final, except in cases of verified defects or order errors attributable to QC Peptides.
Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned goods must remain sealed and unaltered. QC Peptides reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for customer issues.
Shipping and Receipt Signatures
We may require “Adult Signature Required” delivery or additional verification. Failure to provide proof of age at delivery may void refund eligibility and result in reshipment fees.
Shipping delays caused by carriers or regulatory holds are beyond our control. Once a package leaves our warehouse, liability transfers to the carrier and customer.
